Rates are generally negotiated per project. Factors that voice-over artists generally take into consideration when bidding a project include script length, intended medium (Web, TV, Radio, Audio-Book etc), and distribution area (local market, regional, national or international). Other factors may include (but are not limited to) shelf life of the script, buy-out vs. lease, etc. Rates will be negotiated and agreed to prior to commencement of any recording.

In most every instance, voice only projects are delivered the same day (weekdays) provided payment is made and script received prior to the daily cutoff. Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is required before recording commences.

Same Day Voice-Over will perform do overs at no charge for the following problems reported within 72 hours of initial delivery of your project; pronuciation, timing, pace, inflection, style etc. Do overs for client copy errors and script changes may result in a minimum change fee of 50% of the original project cost.

Same Day Voice-Over uses PayPal for processing payments. With PayPal no account is necessary and you may pay with any major credit card. If you have a PayPal account funds can be transferred directly. Payment by check is also supported however this may delay delivery of your finished project.

Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is required at the time of service. Qualified buyers using PayPal can always use the "Bill me Later" option. Alternatively, payment by credit card is accepted through PayPal (no PayPal account necessary).

All sales are considered final once audio has been delivered. If there is a problem with the finished product that requires a do over, please bring it to our attention immediately. Do overs are provided as outlined in our delivery terms.

Finished audio is available in your choice of popular formats including WAV, AIFF, MP3 etc. Other formats upon request. If you have special requirements with regard to Sample Rate, Stereo vs Mono, bit depth etc, make certain you communicate that at the time your order is placed.
