I provide same day service for voice projects received before 6:00
p.m. Eastern Time Monday - Friday (excluding US holidays).
Limit two scripts per day per customer
unless otherwise confirmed in writing. A script
is defined as a single 8 1/2 X 11 inch page, double spaced,
minimum 11pt type.
Same day service may be restricted or unavailable without prior notice during
times of illness, Internet service outages, vacation or other Acts of God,
etc.
Full audio production is available for an additional fee.
Produced audio will be available within 3 business days of the order unless
otherwise agreed in advance.
I will perform do overs at no charge for the following problems reported within 72 hours
of initial delivery of your project; pronuciation, timing, pace, inflection, style etc. Do overs for
copy errors and script changes will result in a minimum change fee of 50% of
the original cost.
Standard market exclusivity for broadcast imaging is limited
to station's format within it's Primary Metro area and
does not prevent the talent from appearing on other
commercial messages within the market, including but not
limited to, other broadcast media. Requires annual retainer billed monthly.
Market exclusivity for commercial clients limited
to primary business category and principle trading area,
and requires annual retainer billed monthly.
Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is required at the time of service.

property of the performer and license for use may be revoked at any
